Why won’t the app send me alerts and notifications?
To receive Email/SMS notifications, make sure you have an active email and/or phone number defined in your account settings. See the Alerts section for more details.

The App keeps showing “Waiting on temperature data”, what does that mean?
You’ll see this in the App when the FireBoard is not communicating with the Cloud. Follow the steps to Connect to WiFi.

Why can’t I get dark mode to work?
Dark mode is currently available for iOS users. Make sure you have the latest version of the App, then enable “dark mode” settings on your device. We are working to make this available for Android users.
