Troubleshooting

  • App not finding Pulse via Bluetooth?

    • Ensure your Pulse is on the charger and close to your smartphone. The app will display a popup immediately after removing the Pulse from the charger. If the issue persists, ensure your phone’s bluetooth is enabled and that permissions were granted upon app installation to access local devices over bluetooth and location services.
  • Issues with S1G connectivity?

    • Check that the S1G Antenna is correctly attached to the FireBoard 2 series device. Ensure that the Pulse is paired with the FireBoard 2 device via the FireBoard app: Settings > Choose your Pulse > Paired Device.
  • Temperature readings seem inaccurate?

    • Ensure that the probe is inserted to the correct depth (at least 2.76 inches). Avoid shallow insertion, as this may affect sensor accuracy.
