Probes – Specifications

If you need a longer probe cable length, we offer probe extensions. Multiple extensions can be used together; we have found this works best with thermistor type probes.

Standard Food probe (SF311/SF311T):
length = 5” straight section + 90° bend
collar diameter = 7/16″ (10.5mm)
diameter (probe itself) = 1/8” (4mm)

Standard Non-Threaded Ambient probe (SANT311/SANT311T):
length = 2 1/4”
